Race Day Check List


Even after participating in multiple events, I have always found there is that anxiety the night before, and the morning of your big run that you are forgetting one thing or another. Use this checklist the night before your run, and you can wake up in the morning worry free knowing your bag is all ready to go! 


Runners Check List:

  • running hat / hair band / sweat band
  • your chosen shirt for the run
  • your bib/chip
  • pins for your bib
  • your shorts you have chosen
  • socks
  • your shoes
  • gps/garmin/nike+/hr monitor
  • ipod
  • ear phones
  • band aids / nipple guards
  • sweat pants
  • hoody
  • finger mittens for those chilly morning's
  • pack a pair of tights and wind breaker just in case
  • also pack a long sleeve running shirt just in case
  • extra pair of socks for after the run
  • extra shirt for after the run
  • power gels
  • water bottle
  • lip balm / sun screen
