Collaboration Fuels Joy at Family-Focused Saturday Events
St. Paul, Minn., August 7, 2024 – Twin Cities In Motion is excited to announce that Post Consumer Brands™ will be the new title partner of the Family Activity Area for the 2024 Medtronic TC Family Events, an important aspect of the Saturday Events of Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend.
The collaboration is built on a shared commitment to bring people together to build a more inclusive community. The Medtronic TC Family Events will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024, on the Minnesota State Capitol grounds in St. Paul.
At the event, Post Consumer Brands will be providing an exciting activation experience in the Family Activity Area, which gathers local youth and wellness-focused organizations such as the Minnesota Vikings Kids Club, Children’s Theatre, Minnesota Zoo, and the Minnesota Aurora Football Club. Post’s activation will offer games, photo opportunities, product samples, and the opportunity to discover more about the company. Families and their pets are encouraged to join the fun.
The company’s sponsorship will also help support the TC Kids Run Free program. The groundbreaking effort begun by Twin Cities In Motion in 2022 offers free race registration to all kids age 18 and under. Since its inception, the program has seen more than 17,000 kids run Twin Cities In Motion events at no cost.
“Post Consumer Brands understands the importance of their team being active in their local community,” said Twin Cities In Motion president Dean Orton. “We are so very grateful for their support, especially as we keep working to serve more kids and families than ever before. Post Consumer Brands and their staff will be bringing an amazing activation experience and one more uniquely Minnesota reason to get in motion and join the fun of Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend.”
Post Consumer Brands is proud to be a Minnesota-based company, with its corporate headquarters in Lakeville and one of its largest cereal manufacturing sites in Northfield.
