Ventures Endurance is committed to putting running shoes on the next generation of runners. To celebrate Global Running Day, they are teaming up with Shoes That Fit, an organization that provides running shoes to poverty-stricken children. Half of all proceeds will go directly to the charity.
The cost to participate is $10, with $5 going to Shoes That Fit. Participants will receive a digital bib, digital finisher certificate to show off, and $15 towards any Ventures Endurance Road Race. Participants can also share their photos with #VEHero on Global Running Day to win prizes all day.
Registration for the Shoes That Fit initiative opens Monday, May 16 and closes on Global Running Day, June 1.
