The new Run Show USA is heading to Chicago this June following an incredibly successful series of events in the UK. The expo for runners – scheduled for June 4-5, 2022, at DES Convention Center in Rosemont, IL – promises to give runners inspiration and expert advice while also bringing the community together.
Understanding personalized performance data like pace, recovery time, lactate threshold, VO2 max and cadence can encourage runners to make improvements to their training. To help runners better understand their tech, Garmin® will join Run Show Chicago to exhibit its running smartwatches, including the Forerunner® lineup, as well as a variety of accessories and training tools.
