Race directors should mark their calendars for the 2025 edition of The Boston Run Show, March 1-2, 2025 in a new location The Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in the Seaport. Adding to a new date and different venue, the offering at the expo is set to double as the running expo will be held at the same time as The Boston Outdoor Expo.
As the floorplan of the expo grows with leading brands for all runners, the number of race directors who have signed up to exhibit has also increased year on year. There is now only ONE place left in the Events Village Feature where over 10 race directors will promote their upcoming their races. Get Involved – The Boston Run Show.
There are still booth locations available in the expanding event.
New pricing structure with options that provide more flexibility, particularly for those exhibiting for the first time, allowing exhibitors to choose their location based on various pricing tiers.

– Expected Audience: 12,000 (combined audience with the Boston Outdoor Expo will be around 20,000)

- High Traffic Footfall Areas (highlighted in yellow): $39 per sqft (e.g., $3900 for a 10×10 sqft booth)
- Areas in Close Proximity to Key Show Features: $30 per sqft (e.g., $3000 for a 10×10 sqft booth)
- Areas Located on the Right-Hand Side of the Floorplan: $15 per sqft (e.g., $1500 per 10×10 sqft booth)
